At HoloHolo Screens OAHU, we are looking for an Office Staff who is capable to commute or relocate before starting work near to our shop located at Waipahu, HI 96797 and can do the following tasks such as:
Answer phone calls, Respond to emails, Assist with Quickbooks estimates and invoices, Help scheduling estimates and jobs, Greet customers when they visit the shop, and Help with measuring screens and orders.

Answer phone calls

Input estimates into quickbooks

Answer Emails and Yelp requests for estimates

Invoice customers in quickbooks

Keep reception area organized and clean

Communicate with production staff

Create documents needed for the shop

Process and record payments

Create production schedule for the week

Schedule Estimates and Jobs with discernment of travel time and scope of work
